RATES FOR ROOMS / STUDIOS / APARTMENTS

(from 1st January 2011)

Room categories A, B and C:

A: Standard room on first floor of main building 20m²(max. 2 pers., no pets)

B: Luxury room, ground floor and first floor 25m²

C: Family room with separate bedroom 37m²(2 adults and 2 children to age 14)

Studios categories A and B:

A: Standard studio with small kitchen: 25m²

B: Large studio with spacious kitchen and large bedroom/living room or with separate bedroom 60m²
Various apartments with one or two bedrooms for 4 persons.

Periods:

                    1: 01/01 to 17/06 and 04/09 to 31/12

2: 17/06 to 03/09

(During all German and Dutch bank holiday periods, bank holiday packages only)

(Minimum 2 nights at weekends)

Prices per room per night based on two persons per room, excl. family room, tourist taxes, sauna (€ 10.00 per hour), solarium (€5.00), but including use of swimming pool/fitness area. Apartments per week, max. 4 pers. + €50.00 cleaning surcharge (incl. bed linen and towels). Apartments can be booked with breakfast € 10.00 p.p.p.d. and/or evening meal € 20.00 p.p.p.d.

Supplement for half-board (a four-course menu each evening, with choice of fish, meat or vegetarian) € 20.00 p.p.p.d. Discount for single occupancy per room € 20.00. Surcharge for 1-night stay € 12.00.
Discount for children: 0 to 2 years: free – 3 to 13 years: 50%

Discount for children only applies when accompanied by two full-paying guests.
