Important Information for Your Stay

Check-in is on the day of arrival between 14:00 and 18:00. If you arrive later, please inform us in advance. Earlier check-in is not possible.
Check-in after 22:00 is not possible.
Check-out on the day of departure is possible until 10:30 a.m. at the latest. Late check-out is not possible.
Every day we serve an extensive breakfast buffet from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Summer time) or from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Winter time).
For dinner, please take your seat between 17:30 and 20:00.
There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel with plenty of parking spaces (free for hotel guests).
Languages spoken: Dutch, German, and English.
Payment options: Cash, PIN, MasterCard, and Visa.
Children under 3 years stay for free (cot €13.50 per stay).
Additional children between 3 and 14 years pay 25% of the room rate, based on a minimum of two full-paying adults (breakfast included).
Extra adults from 14 years pay 50% of the room rate (breakfast included).
For our half-board menu we charge €35.00 per person per day when booked directly for the entire stay.
For reservations made more than two weeks in advance, we require a deposit of 25%.

Our cancellation policy

Reservations can only be cancelled in writing or by e-mail. The following charges apply to cancellations:
If cancelled up to 60 days before the day of arrival: 10% of the total reservation.
If cancelled from the 60th day to the 30th day before arrival: 25% of the total reservation.
If cancelled from the 30th day to the 14th day before arrival: 50% of the total reservation.
If cancelled from the 14th day to the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total reservation.
To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances leading to these costs, we recommend taking out good travel insurance.
