Practical information

• Check-in is on the day of arrival between 14.00 and 18.00 hours, if you arrive later we would like to receive a message from you. Earlier check-in is not possible.

  You cannot check in later than 22.00 hours.

• Check-out on the day of departure is possible until 10.30 am at the latest. Check-out later is not possible.

• Every day we have an extensive breakfast buffet from 8.00 am to 10.00 am (Summer time) or from 8.30 am to 10.00 am (Winter time).

• For lunch the kitchen is open from 13.00 - 16.00 hours (Summer time) In low season (Winter time) the kitchen for lunch is only open on weekends from 13.00 - 16.00 hours.

• For dinner we ask you to go to the table between 17.30 - 20.00 hours.

• There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel with enough parking spaces. (Free for hotel guests)

• Languages spoken: Dutch, German and English.

• Payment options: Cash, PIN, MasterCard and Visacard.

• Children under 3 years stay for free. (Cot € 13.50 per stay)

• Additional children between 3 years - 14 years pay 25% of the room rate for a minimum of two adult full payers. (Breakfast included)

• For our half board menu we charge € 32.50 per person per day if you book this directly for the entire stay.

• For reservations longer than two weeks in advance we use a deposit of 25%.

Our cancellation policy:

Reservations can only be cancelled in writing or by e-mail. The following charges apply to cancellations.

- If canceled up to 60 days before the day of arrival 10% of the total reservation.

- If canceled from the 60th day to the 30th day before arrival 25% of the total reservation.

- If canceled from the 30th day to the 14th day of arrival 50% of the total reservation.

- If canceled from the 14th to the day of arrival or no show 100% of the the total reservation.

To save you, in case of an incident determines these costs, we recommend you to ensure a good travel insurance.
